Bar-B-Que Sandwiches

Real southern Bar-B-Que is slowly cooked for hours
on an open hickory wood fire pit . It’s crunchy brown on
the outside, and lean and juicy on the inside.

All sandwiches are served on a toasted bun with pickles
and Bar-B-Que sauce, and served with fries.

*Chow-chow is a mustard-based relish made daily. Try it!

Add chow-chow to your sandwich for no charge.

Bar-B-Que Pork Sandwich
Cooked slowly and piled high on a toasted bun, with pickles and Bar-B-Que sauce. (Sliced upon request)

Bar-B-Que Beef Brisket Sandwich
Cooked slowly and piled high on a toasted bun, with pickles and Bar-B-Que sauce.

Bar-B-Que Chicken Sandwich
Cooked slowly and seasoned to perfection. Chopped chicken piled high and topped with pickles and Bar-B-Que sauce.

 

Bar-B-Que Turkey Sandwich
All white meat, sliced thin and piled high on a toasted bun, topped with pickles and Bar-B-Que sauce.

Open-Faced Sandwich
Your choice: Hickory smoked pork, beef brisket, chicken or turkey. Served open-faced with french fries.

Smoked Turkey Club
Smoked turkey breast cooked slowly, topped with Monterrey Jack cheese, bacon, honey mustard, pickles, lettuce and tomato. Served with fries.

Southern Chicken Sandwich
Cooked on our famous pit and served on a toasted bun with Monterrey Jack cheese, pickles and Bar-B-Que sauce. Served with fries.

Half-Pound Burger
Topped with mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, red onions, lettuce and tomato on a toasted bun. Served with fries and your choice of cheese.

Southern Bar-B-Que Burger
Half-pound of fresh ground chuck, topped with Bar-B-Que sauce, bacon, Monterrey Jack cheese, pickles, grilled onions on a toasted bun. Served with fries.

  Catfish Po Boy
Fresh farm-raised catfish, fried in our special seasoning, served on a toasted hoagie. Topped with tartar sauce, lettuce and tomato, and served with fries.
