BBQ Pork (sliced upon request) This is what made the south famous for Bar-B-Que. Cooked slow for hours, seasoned and piled high. Served with Bar-B-Que sauce. Beef Brisket (sliced) Cooked all night, seasoned and hand-sliced, piled high and served with Bar-B-Que sauce. BBQ Chicken Simply the best, cooked slowly over a wood fire pit and seasoned to perfection. Served with Bar-B-Que sauce.

Smoked Turkey Breast All white meat, sliced thin and piled high. Served with pickle, chow chow and Bar-B-Que sauce. Two Meat Combo Your choice of any two Bar-B-Qued meats: brisket, pork, chicken or turkey. Chicken & Rib Combo Simply the best combination: quarter chicken and your choice of ribs (Classic or babyback.) Rib Plate (half rack) Your choice, classic or babyback. Full Moon Platters All Full Moon platters are served with two Blue Ribbon trimmings.
Farm-Raised Catfish Fresh catfish fillets lightly breaded and fried to a golden brown. Ribeye A 14 oz. hand cut ribeye steak cooked to perfection on our open wood fire pit. Pork Chops Two - 8 oz. center cut pork chops grilled and served with Bar-B-Que sauce, cooked on our open wood fire pit.	Grilled Salmon Lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection. “Love Me Tenders” Our delicious hand breaded tenders. Served with honey-mustard and Bar-B-Que sauce. (Original or Buffalo style.) Vegetable Plate Any 4 vegetables of your choice
